Task(s)

New skill(s)

Meeting(s)

Difficulty/ Challenge(s)

What are the activities and tasks given to you during this
month?
I was introduced to e&enterprise’s marketing department
during the first month of my internship. Understanding the
company’s marketing strategy, helping with internal
communications, and aiding the team in event preparation
were my primary responsibilities. I took part in conversations
regarding social media initiatives, branding tactics, and the
ways the department backs bigger efforts. In order to
guarantee campaign alignment, I also got the opportunity to
watch how the team works with other departments.
What skills did you learn through the month?
I learned a few new talents this month. Learning how to
organize and get ready for events, including knowing the
essential specifications and deadlines, was one of the most
crucial. Real conversations and input from my team also
helped me start to get better at communicating. Additionally,
I began to comprehend how campaigns are constructed around
business objectives and how marketing tactics are organized.
Additionally, I’ve picked up new skills in PowerPoint and
Excel that have improved my ability to organize data and
communicate concepts.
How many meetings did you attend?
This month, I went to three meetings. These included
brainstorming workshops for an impending event, team
planning sessions, and an update to the marketing strategy. I
was able to observe how experts plan their workflow and
exchange ideas thanks to these meetings.
What are the difficulties you had this month?
Getting used to a new workplace, particularly with regard to
communication, was one of the difficulties I encountered this
month. It took some time for me to feel comfortable asking
questions or sharing ideas because this is my first time in a
corporate environment. I also had trouble managing my time
when I had several assignments or deadlines to meet.

College of Administration and Finance Sciences

How did you overcome these difficulties?
I overcame these challenges by consistently seeking
clarification when necessary and by taking notes throughout
sessions to maintain organization. To improve my time
management, I also began utilizing basic to-do lists and task
reminders. I’m gradually gaining the confidence to speak up
and take part in group conversations.

What did you learn from completing the tasks
I’ve learned from this experience how crucial structure and
teamwork are in the marketing industry. I now have a better
understanding of how each person contributes and how
campaigns are constructed. I’ve also observed how crucial
planning, innovation, and effective communication are to
achieving favorable marketing results.
Learning

What did you want to learn more?
I’d like to gain additional knowledge about how to oversee a
marketing project from start to finish. Additionally, I want to
know how data and consumer behavior are used to inform
marketing decisions. I also want to get better at creating
campaign content and interacting with actual clients via
various platforms.

Task(s)

New skill(s)

Meeting(s)

What are the activities and tasks given to you during this
month?
We had a tour at the company’s headquarters where we
learned more about their operations and how they organize
events there. We also took photos of the departments where
the upcoming roundtable will be held at the end of August.
During this time, we worked on several tasks, including
filming a video of the CEO introducing the company for the
IDC event. In addition, we prepared briefs and wrote content
for various upcoming events planned for the next few months.
What skills did you learn through the month?
This month felt like a shift I didn’t just learn new things, I
actually started using what I’ve been learning in real
situations. I became more confident planning events from the
beginning to the end, not just following steps but thinking
ahead, noticing small details, and making sure everything
matches the bigger picture. I also noticed a real difference in
how I communicate. Talking with my team, sharing ideas, and
even handling feedback felt easier and more natural. In
marketing, I started to look deeper into why we choose certain
strategies, and how every campaign needs to reflect the brand
and its goals. On the technical side, I explored more advanced
tools in Excel and PowerPoint not just for organizing
information, but to make what I present clearer and more
useful. These things helped me feel more responsible and more
involved in the work I do every day.
How many meetings did you attend?
This month, I moved from just attending meetings to actively
contributing. I shared ideas during brainstorming sessions,
understood how to align tasks with goals, and observed how
strategic decisions are made. These experiences helped me
think more critically and become more involved in the
planning process.

College of Administration and Finance Sciences
What are the difficulties you had this month?
As the days went by, I started to feel more comfortable in the
work environment. I slowly got used to speaking up in
meetings, asking when I didn’t understand something, and
sharing my thoughts without overthinking. I also started to
handle my time better especially when I had more than one
task at once. I began breaking things down and focusing on
what’s most important first. These things weren’t easy at first,
but now I feel more confident and more in control of how I
manage my work.
Difficulty/ Challenge(s)

How did you overcome these difficulties?
As I got more used to the work, I found better ways to handle
the challenges. I started asking questions without
overthinking, and taking notes became something I rely on to
stay organized and not miss anything important. Instead of just
writing random to-do lists, I now organize my tasks based on
what’s urgent and what can wait. That helped me feel less
overwhelmed. I also feel more confident speaking up during
meetings, and now I don’t just listen I try to be part of the
conversation and share my thoughts when I can.
What did you learn from completing the tasks
Through this experience, I started to really understand how
much thought and coordination go into marketing. It’s not just
about ideas it’s about how those ideas are shaped, shared, and
executed by a team that works together with a clear plan. I’ve
learned how every person has a role that makes a difference,
and how important it is to stay organized, creative, and open
in communication. These things aren’t just useful they’re
necessary if you want real, effective results.

Learning
What did you want to learn more?
Lately, I’ve become more curious about the full journey of a
marketing project from the first idea all the way to the final
result. I want to better understand what it really takes to lead a
campaign, how decisions are made at every step, and how to
balance creativity with clear goals. I’m also more aware now
of how much consumer behavior and data shape the direction
of any strategy. It’s something I want to dive into deeper not
just looking at numbers, but knowing how to read patterns and

College of Administration and Finance Sciences
turn them into useful actions. At the same time, I’m eager to
strengthen my content creation skills and learn how to connect
with real customers in a way that feels natural and effective
across different platforms.
