During my internship at Prince Sultan Military Medical College,
I performed a variety of activities and tasks that contributed to
the development of my skills in the field of financial planning
and budget preparation.

During my internship, I faced some challenges that positively

field, which required additional effort from me to adapt
to them.
➢ Practical Application of Theoretical Concepts: Applying
the theoretical concepts I learned in college to real-world
situations posed a challenge, as it requires a deep

How did you overcome these difficulties?
To overcome these difficulties, I followed different strategies:
➢ Research and Inquiry: I did not hesitate to search for the
meanings of unfamiliar financial terms online, and I also
consulted my colleagues and supervisor at work to get
simplified explanations.
➢ Self-Learning and Experimentation: I made an extra
effort to learn about software tools through available

During my internship, I had the opportunity to attend a single
meeting, but it was a pivotal one that addressed two crucial
topics: strategy and quality. This meeting served as a
window, opening up vast horizons for me to understand how
the institution operates from the inside, and how strategic
decisions that impact the college’s future are made.
In this meeting, I wasn’t just a listener, but an active
participant, where I was able to ask questions and inquiries
that helped me gain a deeper understanding of the topics
discussed. It was a wonderful opportunity to witness how
leaders and officials interact with each other, how ideas and
opinions are exchanged, and how consensus is reached on
important issues.
I learned a lot in this meeting about the importance of
strategic planning, how goals and objectives are set, and how
plans are developed for their implementation. I also learned a
lot about the importance of quality, and how the provision of
high-quality services to beneficiaries is ensured.
This meeting was a valuable learning experience, and I am
grateful for having had this opportunity. It helped me gain a
deeper understanding of the institution’s operations and
increased my enthusiasm to contribute to the achievement of
its goals.

scenarios” implies a need for strong analytical skills and the

Developing Effective Mitigation Strategies:
• Generating “detailed reports outlining mitigation strategies”
requires not only identifying risks but also formulating
practical and feasible solutions, which could be challenging
