Directions: Submit the third component of your research proposal, i.e., the
methods. Keep in mind, the methods is NOT a description of the literature review process. While the literature review is an important piece of the research process, you are constructing a proposal; this means, you are proposing a future study based on what you’ve discovered via surveying the literature. In other words, you’re pretending you’d be collecting data from subjects to study your research questions.
The methods should provide a detailed description of the desired sample set and how the study will be carried out. Please keep in mind that anyone who reads your methods should be able to replicate what you’ve done; ergo,
transparency is imperative when writing the methods.
Please make sure you adhere to APA format and submit the assignment in a
Microsoft Word document. The following rubric will be used to grade the assignment:
