For this assignment showcases your personal brand. Your personal brand represents how you want to be perceived professionally, the values you stand for, and your unique strengths. Building a strong personal brand is essential as it helps you communicate who you are and what you bring to the table, giving you a competitive edge in your professional interactions with colleagues, leadership, and clients.

Why is personal branding important? A well-defined personal brand makes you more memorable and trustworthy, positioning you as an authority in your field. It enables you to highlight your skills and expertise, differentiate yourself from others, and connect meaningfully with your audience.

Remember it is important to grab your audience’s attention. Think about what you are passionate about, and what stands out about you. Create empathy and use supporting statistics and stories. Pay attention to your pace, body language, and tone. Be sure to Wow and use “Moments that Matter.” Relax and be yourself, you won’t go wrong. Don’t be nervous, make this fun, it is meant to be practice and a learning experience for those of you who haven’t done a lot of videos yet. We’re here to support you.

Outline Components:

1. Develop an outline  that includes the following required components.

    • Headline: Create a catchy headline to get your audience’s attention.
    • Main Points: Develop three main points that reflect your personal brand and develop three supporting points for each.
      • Example: Three Ways to Stand Out in Your Field.
        1. Main Point 1: Social Media.
          1. Supporting Point 1: Engage in professional development courses.
          2. Supporting Point 2: Stay updated with industry trends.
          3. Supporting Point 3: Network with industry experts.
    • Conclusion/Call to Action: Summarize your main points and include a call to action that encourages your audience to connect with or follow you for more insights.

Script Writing and Practice:

2. Develop a script that includes the content in the personal brand outline.
