Effects of Groupthink
After reading the module and the article by Smith (or the article selected by the course instructor), each student will critically analyze the material and critically address the following question and points for analysis:
Article:

· Are the ideas presented in the article still accurate today when analyzing the outcomes and effects of groupthink?
· Elaborate on your argument.
· Provide examples of situations where a group exhibits groupthink.
· Explain why this is considered groupthink.
Once your contribution is complete, respond to at least three of your classmates’ posts in one of the following ways:
· Pose a question to verify or expand on their information.
· Share your initial comment and compare it with that of your classmate.
· Offer a suggestion regarding their comment.
· Validate their ideas with your own experiences.
· Complete or complement your classmate’s post.

· Submit your initial discussion post by 11:59 PM Eastern on Wednesday.
· Contribute a minimum of 350 words for your initial post. It should include at least 2 academic sources, formatted and cited in APA.
· Respond to at least two of your classmates’ discussion posts by 11:59 PM Eastern on Sunday. Ask a question, and provide a different viewpoint.
