Consider the healthcare initiatives in Saudi Vision 2030. What are the most important factors to consider in creating a safety culture for Saudi Arabian healthcare organizations, medical employees, and patients?
- Briefly summarize the safety culture in your current or former healthcare organization or in one with which you are familiar.
- Analyze how the organizational culture influences quality and safety initiatives.
- Discuss the role of effective communication and how it impacts quality improvement and patient safety.
