Week 3 Application Assignment: Integrated Health

Make sure to fully present each of the

two tools
 you have chosen to include and use the
rubric to guide your writing (the rubric is used to determine your grade). Your assignments should be written in accordance with APA 7th edition guidelines and contain two professional sources (your text-book may count as one of your resources). The first tool is accurately and presented. The report provides adequate information about the tool and some ways it can be implemented by a mental health specialist. At least two sources are used, cited, and referenced with possible minor errors.

16-21 points

The first tool is presented and provides some information about the tool and vague possibilities for implementation by a mental health specialist. One or two sources are used, cited, and referenced with some errors.

0-15 points

The first tool is included in the report but information is possibly inaccurate and incomplete. Ways to implement the tool by a mental health specialist are unclear or missing. Either one or no citations and references are provided and may contain errors.
