Here’s how you’re supposed to write the mini paper for the class:
Start with a title page that includes your title, name, course title, and semester info. Then write 2 to 3 full pages of double-spaced text using 12-point Times New Roman font with 1-inch margins and page numbers at the bottom right. You can use section headers, bold, italics, or underline where helpful. The paper should quickly mention the main ideas from the readings (just enough to give context), then focus mostly on your own argument, analysis, and examples. Make sure to use APA 7th edition for any citations or references. Submit it on iCollege by Sunday at 11:59 PM of the week it’s assigned—no late papers unless there’s a serious emergency. The paper will be graded on how clear your thesis is, how well you support your argument, organization, grammar, and how well it answers the assignment question.
Mini paper option #2: Identify an example of policy diffusion in the last 50 years. Overview the spread of your policy of interest in the context of the article by Bergin, i.e., in relation to “proximity”, “political ideology” and “media attention”
