Hi,

I need this ASAP. Only 250 words and a flow chart to go with it. I don’t need the flow chart until sat. Please let me know if you can do this and how much. Thanks!

Choose to discuss either acute or chronic adaptations to the circulatory and respiratory systems. For ease of discussion, include your choice in the thread title.

Include a brief introduction on the role of these systems (circulatory and respiratory) during exercise.

Identify the following variables and how they change (either with acute exercise or long-term training). You can show this however you like, but a table or chart may be useful.

Cardiovascular: Heart Rate, Stroke Volume, Cardiac Output, Blood Pressure

Respiratory: Tidal Volume, Minute Ventilation, Breathing Frequency

Explain why it makes sense that these variables change/adapt as they do.  What would happen if they did not adapt?

Be sure to include reputable resources to back up the information you share.  For follow-up posts, be sure to engage with at minimum one post covering each topic (acute or chronic exercise).

I don’t need the flow chart until Sat Nov 9. Please let me know if you can help, Thanks!

Turnitin This assignment will be submitted to Turnitin .Instructions You must upload a word document for this writing assignment. You cannot copy and paste your assignment, it must be submitted as an attachment.

Section 1: (25 points) Create a flow chart image showing the map of the electrical activity of the heart (begin with the SA node)

Include each step the electrical activity travels as it goes through the heart

Section 2: (25 points) Create a flow chart image showing the map of how blood flows through the heart

Include each step starting in the right atria

Include the names of valves that the blood passes through

Section 3: (50 points) Application

Describe what is occurring in the heart (regarding contraction) during each step of the electrical activity.  In other words, what does the electrical activity indicate is happening in the heart (atria contraction, ventricle contraction/relaxation, etc).

Also, explain how these contractions lead to proper blood flow sending blood to the appropriate areas for oxygen delivery.

This section should be no more than one page in length (double spaced for APA format) and should give detailed information about how these three aspects of the heart (electrical activity, contraction, blood flow) work together to serve our tissues.

Include at least two references in addition to any course materials.

*Note: images/flow charts must be original. If they are from a textbook or other source you will receive a zero for this assignment. Images may be created in PowerPoint or using online resources such as canva.com.  Consider that these images may be something you would see in a presentation to explain the electrical activity and/or blood flow through the heart.
