Assignment topic: Childhood Trauma and Maltreatment
Research childhood trauma and maltreatment as well as the mandated reporting of these disorders, and describe your findings.
Your assignment should be minimum 2- to 3-page paper answering the following questions. Be sure to include a minimum of three scholarly articles (published within the last five years) in addition to your course material to support your discussion.
· What are common childhood traumas?
· What are the statistics of these traumas?
· What are the mandated reporting laws in your state of practice?
· How does this differ from surrounding states?
