I have followed the rule of law when filing a hit and run vehicle report. Once the at fault party left the scene he was told by the on-scene police officer that the Cheverton gas station 24-hour surveillance camera was not working. Aiding and Abetting. criminals are a crime, and the police officers gave him a crutch to use to avoid leaving the scene of an accident, failing to render aid, failure to call 911, failure to report an accident with injuries and leaving the scene of an accident.  Mr. Fred Gene McClure has never been held accountable for his criminal actions. The discoveries were done by his law firm, and he never came in for a deposition hearing. With my Attorney Johnathan Pizza.

Civil Rights Violations

The detective came out many months later tampering with my jeep without a scheduled appointment. My neighbors called me and stated to come outside because someone was tampering with my jeep. Once outside and spoke with an officer that introduced himself as a detective and stated he could not determine the accident and stated he didn’t know. The detective had a yard stick and reported back to Fred Gene McClure that the Chevron cameras weren’t working.

The detective is a public servant and to list his name as a witness violates his position to remain unbiased as a public servant. The only way he can present his testimony is he could not determine with a yard stick and lack thereof of expertise. I am asking that the detective be removed as a witness with prejudice based on representation that is discrimination and color coded based on protecting his own kind and color.  I am also asking for his credentials as a detective as well as his education background. I seek clarification on which officer at exposed the information about the Chevron Gas Station cameras not working at the scene of the accident.

Facts:

Fred Gene McClure admitted his truck was at the Chevron Gas Station,

Cameras at other businesses should have video of him leaving the accident scene at a high rate of speed.

Cell towers place him at the Chevron gas station as well

Stated his truck was there but he wasn’t, however, his wife kept calling him and he never answered

Fred Gene McClure was under the influence when his truck left the parking spot and bumped my truck

Please help me with this Automobile Tort settlement so I can move forward. The documents will need exhibits and a motion to remove the detective as a witness which is unlawful, racist and unethical and questions his character as an officer of the law.
