In this assessment, you will analyze a case study and write a 1500-2000 words, APA formatted paper analyzing the problem and offering solutions.

Remember you MUST apply the theories, methods, topics, and principles you have learned in your courses. The problem presented in this case study represents a topic covered in your courses. The case study includes a problem on which you will write your paper.

Please ensure to read the case before you start writing your paper. Your CCA paper must consist of the following four areas:

1. Problem: Define the problem presented in the case study. What is the specific problem to be addressed in the case study? What are the underlying causes of the problem? Why did it occur in the first place?

2. Background: Provide a background of the problem. What has been said, researched, or documented about this type of problem in the industry? How common is this problem in the industry? What are some practices and approaches taken by organizations facing a similar problem? Use journal articles, press releases, corporate reports, and any data you can find on the topic.

3. Solutions: Now that you have identified the problem and provided background, you will present solutions and justify them. What solutions can you offer? Why did you decide on these solutions? How feasible are your solutions? How can you ensure your solutions will address this problem? What methodology or structure are you going to follow to implement these solutions? How are you going to implement your solutions? What are some drawbacks or limitations of your solutions in addressing the problem?

4. Conclusions: Rephrase your problem and its impact. Briefly explain the background and existing practices. Summarize your solutions and their implications for the industry.

In addition to having these four sections, your paper must meet the below formatting criteria:

  • 1500-2000 words (4-5 pages) excluding the cover page and references.
  • APA 7th style formatted, double-spaced, Times New Roman, 12 pt.
  • At least 10 peer-reviewed sources (You may use online sources, but they are not peer-reviewed)
  • Attached Turnitin report (See Useful Resources section)
  • Attached Grammarly report (See Useful Resources section)

Before writing your paper, ensure to review the CCA Rubric at the bottom of this page. The CCA grader will use the rubric descriptions and rankings to grade your paper. Ensure that your paper meets the criteria as indicated in this rubric. Also, use the CCA essay template provided below to write your paper.
