Job Analysis
After you have read the content and resources of this module, perform the following assignment:
· Part 1. Create two diagrams that describe in detail the following:
· The importance of considering various job analysis strategies.
· How can this strategy impact the organization’s results and performance?
· What benefits or added value would be for establishing a good job analysis process?
· Part 2. Design a work plan outlining the action or task and the strategies or processes to establish a selection and recruitment plan. The following template model will be provided to facilitate this.
