Assignment Overview

Introduction

Conduct a search on the Internet for two healthcare reimbursement-related job descriptions. Analyze the job descriptions for the duties, qualifications, years of experience, education, and knowledge specifications, if any. After analyzing the job description, compose five interview questions based on your findings after reviewing the job descriptions. See yourself in the role of a manager or supervisor while completing this assignment. Refer to the leadership textbook for supporting ideas and content. The interview questions should be written using academic level writing skills, using Microsoft Word with a cover page.

Requirements

1. For this assignment, you are being asked to analyze two job descriptions related to healthcare reimbursement and develop five detailed interview questions specific to this position. When analyzing the job descriptions look for the following specific elements: (If one or more of the elements are not included please indicate that in your submission)

· Job title

· Salary range

· Employment type: full/part time (include expected work hours)

· Currency

· Location

· Number of openings

· Shift

· Job description (this is a brief statement that describes what the organization is looking for)

· Responsibilities and duties (list a minimum of four responsibilities or duties)

· Work conditions (remote work, travel, hours)

· Job qualifications (list a minimum of four qualifications)

· Include education requirements

· Required skills (list a minimum of four skills required for the position)

2. Compose five engaging interview questions is significant to a positive employment interview. Questions can be categorized in to two areas:

2. individual questions that are developed from an applicant’s resume.

The job description found during your research must be included in your submission. The interview questions must be approximately a one page document with five complete and relevant interview questions (two to three sentences per question), use APA format, 12-point font, double-spaced, include a cover page, and references (if you used any information from another source).
