Slide 1: Introduction to Leadership 

  • Title: Introduction to Leadership
  • Content:
    • Define leadership in your own words.
    • Briefly introduce a real-world leadership scenario or personal leadership experience.
    • State the purpose of your presentation: to explore delegation, failure, and success in leadership.

Slide 2: Delegation – Golfer vs. Stewardship 

  • Title: Golfer vs. Stewardship Delegation
  • Content:
    • Golfer Delegation: Passing tasks without responsibility.
    • Stewardship Delegation: Empowering others to take ownership and grow.
    • Provide an example from your experience or a hypothetical scenario where you used stewardship delegation.
