The goal of this individual assignment is to give you a sense of your own leadership style and reflect on how you might enhance your leadership skills and performance. Understanding and reflecting on your leadership style is integral to your personal and professional development. It continues to build on the skills needed to navigate the complexities of project work, lead diverse teams, and achieve successful project outcomes. We hope that you will find it both interesting and useful.
Task
Following are three links you can use to access “quizzes” that provide leadership style assessment:

The individual assignment requires you to use at least two of the above links to assess your leadership style (although you are welcome to use all three links if you would like to). After taking the “quizzes”, please develop a report that includes:
- A summary of the results. You can use a summary table if you wish to or you can provide the complete output in an appendix that does not count towards the recommended 3-page length.
- Your reflections on how the results resonate with you. Do you agree or disagree with the results, and why? If you disagree, what do you believe your true leadership style to be, and why?
- What do you consider to be the pros and cons of your leadership style and how has your leadership style influenced your performance as a leader? If you do not have leadership experience, you can answer the question based on a future leadership role you may have or would like to have.
- How would you go about researching and discovering how you might enhance your leadership skills?
Your report should be approximately 750 words long.

Your submitted assignment should be approximately 750 words long and include scholarly sources to support your writing. The 750 word count does not include the reference page (if applicable).
