3 FULL PAGES+ WORKS CITED Write an argumentative, analytical essay that provides close reading of the selected poem. Make sure you touch on the formal aspects of the poetry. How does the poem use line breaks to affect meaning? How does the poem make use of literary devices such as alliteration, pun, irony, enjambment, metaphor, etc.? Make sure you use quotations from the poem to back up your claims! •No additional research The essay must include a works cited page and in text citations, that adhere to MLA documentation guidelines. You must also format your page adhere to MLA manusсrіpt formatting guidelines such as 12pt Times New Roman, double spacing, default margins, etc. •Please be aware that when quoting poetry you must include slashes (/) to signify line breaks in the quotations.
