management systems of any selected organization. The structure of the report/Assignment is as
follows.

❖ Briefly describe knowledge management and its significance / importance in present day dynamic
business environment. (1.5 Marks)
❖ Brief description of the selected organization. (1.5 Marks)
❖ Write a detailed description of knowledge management practices employed by your selected
organization, including the tools used to capture tacit and explicit knowledge and tools used
to disseminate knowledge to employees of the organization. (3 Marks)
