Scenario:You are a management trainee at ABC Ltd, a company aiming to improve internal communication among its departments. The CEO has noticed delays in project updates and misunderstandings between teams. You have been asked to prepare a business report suggesting ways to enhance internal communication within the organization.
Task:Write a formal business report to the CEO that includes:
- Title page and executive summary (0.5 Mark)
- Introduction – brief background and purpose of the report (1Mark)
- Discussion/Findings – identify possible causes of poor communication (e.g., lack of clear channels, excessive email dependence, no regular meetings, etc.)-4 Marks
