a. Name, Address, and Email
The business will be called Al-Hilal Car Cleaners and it will be located within Jeddah.
The business will provide an email address and a phone number that will be used as the
primary point of contact with clients and suppliers.
b. Form of Ownership
Al-Hilal Car Cleaners will be a partnership since I will seek investments from two
other partners and thus share the responsibility for the business. A partnership is relatively
easy to start since I will receive assistance in terms of finances from the other partners
(Scarborough & Cornwall, 2014).
c. Investment Capital
The business will be started using individual savings from each partner. Therefore, the
share ownership of the business will be dictated by the initial capital contribution by each
partner (Scarborough & Cornwall, 2014). This means that the partner with the largest share
capital with receive the largest profits and also accrue the largest portion of losses.
2. Company Business Description
A. Scope and Type of Business
Al-Hilal Car Cleaners will primarily focus on cleaning cars for clients and the market
segment selected is the demographic segment since the business will only be based on
Jeddah.

The business idea is a mobile car cleaning service and mobility is the aspect that will
make this business idea different from others. Traditionally, car cleaners are stationary
businesses but Al-Hilal will be a mobile cleaning service which means that car owners can
contact the company and we will move to their location and clean their cars.

Provide efficient car cleaning services that guarantee consumer satisfaction.

Goals
The short-term goal of the company will be the acquisition of a truck that will assist
in mobility while the other short-term goal will be employing qualified staff. The main
long-term objective of the company will be to expand to other regional locations. I expect
the business to establish operations in major towns such as Riyadh.

The target market for this business will be car owners who live within Jeddah. This
demographic will constitute clients who are passionate about having their cars clean.
B. Business Philosophy
The most important thing to me about this business will be the delivery of quality
services that will guarantee client satisfaction.

The business will be located within the cleaning service sector that is currently valued
at over $1 billion. The sector anticipates robust growth within the next 5 years (TechSci

through favourable policies and thus I will take advantage of this support to grow the

The main strength of this business will be the availability of qualified and trained staff
that will offer quality cleaning services that will guarantee cent satisfaction. The main
factor that will guarantee company success will be effective planning among the partners
and this will involve effective allocation of duties and the establishment of a strategic plan.
My major competitive strength will therefore be quality services. I have not background
experience in the cleaning sector and thus I expect to partner up with individuals who have
some knowledge within the cleaning sector to assist in making the business successful.

Risk Assessment
The main strength of the company will be efficient control of operations due to the
division of responsibilities among the partners. The biggest weakness within the business
is that conflicts are easy to arise due to disagreements among the partners and additionally
decisions often take longer to implement. A major opportunity that the business expects to
take advantage of is the advancement in technology that will assist in improving the
mobility of the business. Additionally, another key opportunity is government support for
small businesses due to the growing consumer demand for products and services. A major
threat for the business will be competition while the other will be fluctuation in the
economy that may negatively impact business operation.

The biggest competition that the business will face will be other car cleaning
companies within Jeddah. Mobility is the best way in which Al-Hilal will beat the other
