a). Explain the concept of Knowledge Management. Why is it important in
present day world. (1.5 Marks)
b). Do you see any knowledge management practices or systems available
within your selected organization. Explain briefly how knowledge is created,
captured and distributed within your selected organization. (1.5 Marks)

a). “Tacit Knowledge and Explicit knowledge” are two basic types of
knowledge. Explain them with suitable examples. (1.5 Marks)
b). Describe how your selected organization is dealing with tacit and Explicit
