Task(s)
New skill(s)
Meeting(s)
Difficulty/ Challenge(s)
What are the activities and tasks given to you during this
month?
This month, I was involved in a range of responsibilities for
the Logistics Services Department. My duties included
providing administrative support, such as filing, creating
official papers, and aiding with data entry to keep records
current. I assisted with vehicle inspections by checking
vehicle conditions and generating reports on any faults
found. In addition, I helped to prepare daily transportation
timetables, ensuring that cars were properly distributed and
operations ran smoothly. Another critical job was organizing
car delivery requests from various departments, which
included constant contact and coordination with employees
throughout the firm.
What skills did you learn through the month?
Throughout the month, I learned various new skills that
improved both my professional and technical talents. I learnt
how to conduct and document vehicle inspections more
methodically, with a focus on detail and accuracy in
reporting. My organizational and time management abilities
increased greatly while aiding in the preparation of daily
transit arrangements. I also improved my communication and
coordination abilities by handling car delivery requests from
multiple departments and ensuring that their demands were
satisfied on schedule. Furthermore, my administrative
support work allowed me to hone my skills in managing
reports, keeping records, and creating documentation.
How many meetings did you attend?
This month, I attended four meetings in the Logistics
Services Department. These sessions mostly focused on
transportation planning, reviewing inspection reports, and
addressing operational issues that arose throughout the
month. They also provided a chance to explore methods for
increasing departmental collaboration and ensuring efficient
service delivery.
What are the difficulties you had this month?
Adapting to the transportation schedule system was one of
the most challenging challenges I had throughout the early
phases of my training. It took a lot of attention to detail to
ensure that all cars were assigned correctly, and I struggled to

understand the system’s functions at first. Another problem
was coordinating several vehicle delivery requests from
different departments, which frequently arrived on short
notice and demanded swift decision-making.
How did you overcome these difficulties?
To overcome the challenge of adjusting to the scheduling
system, I sought advice from experienced employees who
described the procedures step by step. I also spent extra time
learning the system until I felt more competent in utilizing it.
With many departmental demands, I learnt to prioritize
projects based on urgency and relevance, as well as improve
my communication with colleagues to minimize overlaps and
delays. I was able to better manage my workload by
remaining organized and asking clarifying questions as
needed.
What did you learn from completing the tasks
Completing the required duties gave me excellent insights
into how logistics services work inside a business. I learnt the
value of accuracy and responsibility while reporting vehicle
inspections, since these records have a direct impact on
safety and maintenance choices. I also noticed how important
transportation scheduling is for guaranteeing efficient
departmental operations and resource allocation. I also learnt
that excellent communication and coordination are required
to handle inter-departmental requests efficiently. This
experience helped me improve not just my technical
knowledge, but also my interpersonal and problem-solving
abilities.
What did you want to learn more?
In order to better understand how to guarantee that cars stay
in good condition over time, I would like to expand my
knowledge of advanced vehicle inspection techniques and
preventive maintenance procedures. Additionally, I’d like to
learn more about logistics management techniques,
especially as they relate to managing operations with a high
volume. In addition, I want to investigate how fleet
management software and digital tools can be used to
expedite reporting and scheduling procedures. In addition to
increasing my productivity, these abilities will get me ready
for more challenging roles in the logistics industry.

scheduling, interdepartmental communication, and
operational planning. They also made it easier for me to
comprehend how the department sets priorities and deals
with difficulties in day-to-day logistical operations.
What are the difficulties you had this month?
During the first week of my internship, one of the biggest
challenges I encountered this month was comprehending the
logistics procedure. At first, I had trouble keeping track of all
Difficulty/ Challenge(s)
the specifics since the processes for booking cars and
handling delivery requests were complicated. Coordinating
vehicle requests at peak hours presented additional
difficulties because several departments filed requests at the

same time, potentially resulting in overlaps and delays.
Additionally, when unexpected events like last-minute
cancellations or urgent delivery requests happened, creating
transportation schedules occasionally became difficult.
How did you overcome these difficulties?
I aggressively sought advice from my managers and senior
employees to get beyond these obstacles, asking clarifying
questions when I wasn’t sure. In order to monitor car
demands and make sure that every request was appropriately
documented, I also devised a straightforward checklist. By
creating calendars ahead of time and verifying revisions with
the departments making the requests, I also enhanced my
time management. These techniques improved my ability to
deal with difficulties and advanced my education.
What did you learn from completing the tasks
I have a thorough grasp of how logistics operations work in a
service department thanks to the jobs I completed this month.
Since even little mistakes might have an impact on several

aware of how crucial vehicle inspections are to preserving
both operational effectiveness and safety, underscoring the

What did you want to learn more?
In order to enhance scheduling and monitoring procedures, I
hope to get more knowledge about sophisticated fleet
management systems and software. Additionally, I’d like to
learn more about how to make transit routes more efficient.
In order to better assess and enhance departmental
operations, I also wish to get more knowledge about logistics
