Description

I would like to ask for your support in developing a Microsoft Access database application for me. The purpose of this system is to manage and provide quick access to emergency contact numbers for my team.

The system is required to include:

  • A professional and user-friendly interface
  • Central contacts table including:
    • Full Name
    • Department
    • Internal / External indicator
    • Emergency / Normal classification
    • Work Number
    • Personal Number
    • Fax Number (if available)
    • Active / Inactive status
  • Easy search and filtering for emergency contacts
  • A main dashboard (Home screen) for navigation
  • Separation between Admin (data entry) and User (view only) access
