Purpose

This Unit 5 Team Assignment aims to develop a DEI plan for a large organization (several hundred employees or more). The organization could be one of the team member’s organizations, an organization one of you has worked for in the past, or any organization you know about (assuming you have sufficient knowledge of the organization). When completing this team assignment, your team coordination and communication should be guided and facilitated by the Team Charter you developed in the Unit 4 Team Assignment. You should make believe that you are consultants hired by the organization.

Task

The assignment will enable you to appreciate and evaluate the various considerations that are relevant to DEI initiatives and to coalesce these considerations into a well-rounded plan for implementing DEI initiatives. You will also be required to anticipate implementation challenges and recommend how those challenges will be addressed.
