information about mental health. Advantages to this include increased awareness and
reduced stigma. Disadvantages to this include misinformation, bias, and
over-pathologizing typical behaviors. You will likely interact with people who have
engaged in a self or other diagnosing process. Write a paper on the advantages and
disadvantages of mental health information in social media. Make a case for accurate
testing in professional settings and share appropriate personal reflections.
The paper must be written in APA format and be three pages in length, not including the
title and reference page. Include at least two peer-reviewed sources to support your
work. Include the following:
