Assignment
You will complete a comprehensive head-to-toe assessment for an i-Human Patients Assignment.
Your Patient: Well Woman Exam -Laura Woods
Note: You must achieve a total score of at least 80% in order to pass this Assignment. You must pass the Week 9 Assignment to pass the course. Carefully review the Assignment and the rubric to be sure you fully understand the requirements of this Assignment.
Please take the time to complete this assignment. If you have an issue with the technology, please get in touch with Ihuman support. 2- Management: Medications, testing, education, and follow-up. Students MUST write the treatment rationale with APA references (check your APA manual)
3- Literature support MUST come from Journals and books. Internet sources or YouTube sources are not considered peer-reviewed and not valid
4- EHR history writing must be entirely in all spaces. Review of systems is ONLY subjective (symptoms). Physical exam MUST include a detailed physical exam of your patient.
