What is the eligibility and process to receive services?
What is the case flow from the time of entry to the time of termination/departure (i.e., how are they referred, what program staff sees the client once referred/admitted and in what order are they seen, how long are services generally provided, who determines success/completion of treatment, what does termination look like, is there follow up upon termination/completion of services, etc.)
What type of services do social workers provide in this agency?
Should include a discussion of what education/credentialing is required to provide each service?
Do professionals other than social workers provide the same services as social workers in this agency? If so, how are they regarded in comparison to social workers?
