It is critical that you gain an understanding of the difference between instructional design models and the models used for instruction/lesson planning. The purpose of this assignment is to help you develop this understanding.
For this introductory assignment, provide an overview of instructional design models. In addition, compare and contrast instructional design models and the specific models for instruction that are discussed in your textbook. Make sure it is written and submitted in narrative form.
Be sure to include a cover page for the assignment.
Make sure you have a section for all 5 components of the assignment.
1. Complete an overview including a definition of instructional design models.
2. Compare/contrast instructional design models versus models for instruction.
3. Provide a specific example and brief overview of a common instructional design model.
4. Provide a specific example and brief overview of one of the models for instruction.
5. Reflect upon your own experiences with instructional design models and/or models for instruction.
Remember to utilize scholarly resources to support your work. Also, you must cite your source(s) using APA 7th edition format. Your work will be scored using the rubric attached to this assignment.
