Overview:

Understanding similarities and differences between the agile Scrum frameworks and

other agile methodologies, and how agile is fundamentally different from the traditional

waterfall project management method is important. The project selection method plays

a critical role in how time, cost, and scope of your project is managed and ultimately

affect project success and acceptance.

In this assignment, you will compare and contrast the agile Scrum framework and other

agile methodologies.

Instructions:

• Compare and contrast the agile Scrum framework and two other agile

methodologies.

• Explain how the agile framework differs from the traditional waterfall method.

• Provide an example of an agile project versus a traditional project and address

how the agile manifesto values apply.

Assignment Guidelines:

• Three pages in length, excluding the Title and Reference page.

• APA format, including in-text citations for referenced works.

• At least two resources.
