Imagine that you are a psychologist at a local mental health center. Meet Timothy, a fictitious client
who is visiting a psychologist for the first time. During his visit, Timothy shares a series of symptoms
and experiences that are having a negative impact on his daily life.

For this Assignment, you will evaluate Timothy’s case file, engage with artificial intelligence (AI), and
apply your knowledge of assessment and the DSM-5 criteria to consider the diagnosis that may be
the best fit. You also will examine effective treatment options to support Timothy’s mental health and
well-being.
