Scenario

You oversee the onboarding of new employees to your company. As part of the onboarding process, new employees must complete a course on ethics in team psychology. You are to provide information on ethical considerations and a scenario demonstrating an understanding of the impact of ethics at each of the five levels of ethical culture.

Instructions

Provide a training document that includes the following:

· Differentiate between corporate/organization and team ethical culture.

· Explain the ethical considerations associated with in-person and virtual employees.

· Describe the five levels of ethical culture (individual, interpersonal, group, intergroup, and inter-organizational).

· Provide a scenario demonstrating the impact of ethics at each of the five levels.
