Both links are found in the Week 4 Reading and Resources section of the Content module.

After reviewing the resources and conducting your own research, write an essay to accomplish the following:
1. Identify and discuss two causes of firefighter injuries due to unsafe acts.
2. Discuss the Life Safety Initiative that addresses those two unsafe acts.
3. Discuss the policies that are recommended to reduce and/or eliminate those mishaps in the future.
