Explore current trends and future directions in the staffing and HR industry. Assignment Instructions Form a Team: You may work individually or in teams of no more than three people. If you choose to work in a team, ensure that each member contributes equally to the development of interview questions, conducting the interview, and writing the report. All team members are responsible for making sure everyone contributes equally to the assignment. Identify an Interviewee: Select a professional currently working in the HR staffing field. This could be someone from your network, a professional you find through LinkedIn, or a guest speaker from a previous class. Develop Interview Questions: As a team, create a list of questions to ask during your interview. Your questions should focus on: Staffing challenges they face in their role. Best practices they employ to overcome these challenges. Insights into current trends and future directions in the staffing industry. Conduct the Interview: Schedule and conduct the interview, ensuring you take detailed notes and record the conversation (with the interviewee’s permission). Write the Report: Prepare a 2-3 page report summarizing your findings from the interview. Your report should include the following sections: Introduction: Briefly introduce the interviewee, their role/title, organization, and the context of the interview.
