For this change, I will use my local mid-sized healthcare company, which struggles with outdated
technology systems, poor cross-departmental communication, and a fragmented patient-care approach.
The new vision statement is “to use cutting-edge technology, promote interdepartmental cooperation, and
establish a seamless care continuum to convert the company into a patient-centered, digitally integrated
healthcare provider that offers outstanding patient outcomes and operational efficiency.”
Vision Statement Evaluation
First, the vision is precise and unambiguous since everyone involved, from front-line healthcare providers
to upper management, can understand it. The language is simple and jargon-free, yet it is nevertheless
detailed enough to convey the main ideas behind the shift. Third, the vision concurrently addresses cultural
change and technology transformation, which poses a substantial challenge.
Fifth, my vision makes it apparent that it seeks to improve the organization beyond its current condition by

change. These objectives provide the change process with a specific aim and make it easier for everyone
in the company to grasp the direction they are headed and prioritize projects. This makes it easier for
leaders and staff to match their everyday actions with long-term objectives.

My vision serves as a solid foundation for constructing a thorough execution strategy. Since it outlines the
two main pillars of digital transformation and interdepartmental cooperation, it is a good fit for strategic
planning and adopting new technologies, workforce development, and process reform. The vision should
