firm’s operations, requiring proper management. As such, organizations are required to get good data
management tools from reliable electronic records management vendors. Examples are SharePoint and
DocuWare, which give data management services and recommendations. These electronic records
management systems ensure the collected information is stored for use and can be accessed anytime
required. Analyzing these two significant vendors will show how each system assists in efficient data
management and supports business decision-making.
