What are the difficulties you had this month?
The main difficulty I faced this month was reconciling data
between the Azdan program and Excel, particularly ensuring
consistency in student fees between the two platforms. This
task involved identifying discrepancies, adjusting records as
needed, and adding any missing data. Given the large volume
of students and the need for daily updates, this process
proved challenging and required considerable effort to ensure
accuracy and completeness.
How did you overcome these difficulties?
I conducted daily reviews to ensure regular updates and early
detection of any discrepancies. Seeking assistance from
teammates streamlined the process and distributed the
workload more efficiently. Additionally, I meticulously
documented all modifications and changes made to ensure
transparency and facilitate the review process for supervisors.
What did you learn from completing the tasks
1. I learned how to use the Azdan program and navigate
through it effectively.
2. I developed the skill of precision and attention to detail
when dealing with financial data to ensure its integrity.
3. I also learned the skill of documentation for any financial
or accounting processes conducted.
4. Lastly, I learned how to plan and forecast the financial
needs for various events.
What did you want to learn more?
My goal is to further enhance my knowledge in accounting
and finance, concentrating on payroll systems used by
educational establishments.
