The topic focuses on the role of transformation in in helping organizations enhance their
administrative communication efficiency. Digital transformation plays various roles in enhancing
the efficiency of administrative communications, as discussed below: First, it streamlines the
communication process through faster, efficient, and effective exchange of information among
different administrators in various fields. The digital transformation has enhanced real-time
interactions through various tools such as video conferencing, social media platforms, and instant
messaging. Secondly, digital transformation has increased communication among different
players to enhance the efficiency of administrative communication (Habes Al-Saudi & Hammood
Flayyih, 2024). The digital transformations have helped break distance barriers, thus enabling
people to communicate and exchange information effectively regardless of the distance because
of modern tools such as social media platforms. The ease of communication has enhanced
collaboration among people from different geographical regions.
Thirdly, digital transformation has helped to automate tasks, thus reducing the need to
have many employees at the supervision level. Digital transformation has helped in the
development of triggers and actions, thus allowing employees and administrators to focus on
strategic duties instead of manual and repetitive duties (Habes Al-Saudi & Hammood
Flayyih, 2024). Administrative communication has become more efficient since the managers
only deal with the core duties of the organization. Lastly, digital transformation has also helped
in improving organizational performance using data analytics. Digital transformation has enabled
organizations to accurately analyze data, thus providing quality information on various tasks to
improve performance. The analysis reveals that digital transformation plays four key roles that
include streamlining communication process, increasing communication, automating tasks and
improving organizational performance.
