Thanks for a good post

Peer’s response:
To me, success means helping students grow, gain confidence, and apply what they learn—not just earning good grades. Every student learns differently, so creating an environment that supports success means being flexible and inclusive.
The
Universal Design for Learning (UDL) is a great framework for this because it focuses on giving students different ways to engage, access information, and show what they’ve learned. For example, using visuals, videos, and hands-on activities can make lessons more accessible. Letting students choose how to demonstrate their understanding—through writing, projects, or presentations—also helps them feel more confident and capable. Practices that encourage success include clear expectations, consistent feedback, and celebrating small wins. On the other hand, being too rigid or not addressing diverse needs can discourage students.
Overall, I believe students succeed when they feel supported, included, and motivated to do their best.
