Overall, the results of this survey were about where I thought they would be, with the lowest scoring being Extravert test at 73%. While this doesn’t make me a complete introvert, it says I’m also not a complete extravert. I think this is a great mix of the trait to have as a leader, as it shows I will not hide in the shadows while my employees do all the work but also not be so outgoing that it is a distraction. I can improve on this trait a bit so that I am more present in the workplace by simply talking more and being more involved in my employees’ lives, both in the workplace and not. I can do this by relying on my best scored test, conscientiousness.

Scoring that high conscientiousness shows that I can control my impulses, which is a great way to be more involved in my co-worker’s lives. Having good impulses is good for both at work and when having fun, which is where relationships with coworkers can grow exponentially. I can also use my openness to experience to grow relationships with co-workers. I scored a 76% on the Openness to Experience test, showing that I am intellectually curious and more aware of my feelings, which shows I can be a great person for my employees and co-workers and can be trusted.

Hello classmates,

Teamwork is generally centred on extroverts. Their infectious energy and passion may brighten a dull workplace and inspire coworkers to work hard. (Mititel, 2024). Their dedication and positivity motivate others in meetings and group endeavours.

Extroverts generally lead innovation because they accept change and try new things. Their willingness to innovate and take risks lets them suggest daring ideas. Adaptability is key in the workplace, and innovation may fuel development and change. (Mititel, 2024). More extroverts are entrepreneurs and innovators.

Aggressive and inspirational extroverts are terrific leaders. Charisma and influence come from their desire to be the focus of attention and inspire teams. (Mititel, 2024). Extroverts are good at organizing teams and achieving objectives, contrary to popular belief.
