Summarize the Crucifixion and Resurrection passages from this week’s reading (You can reference other Scripture verse as well). Next, explain why Jesus had to be rejected and be crucified. Lastly, discuss what hope we can find in the resurrection. (posted articles will be helpful in your research and passage selection) Write a 1-2 page double-spaced paper that answers these questions. Your paper should be a minimum of 500 words. You can always use more words if needed, to answer your questions.  Please see your rubric. You must include discussion/application questions (I would recommend at least three “challenging” questions) and have an introduction (your introduction should be a separate paragraph from the body of your paper), body (with the answers to the questions), and a conclusion or a closing prayer.

Crucifixion

Luke 23:26-49
