Fire Departments in Local Government
Prepare an original 4–5-page paper, organized in paragraph structure, in which you describe the ways in which the fire department functions as a part of local government. Give careful attention to both spelling and grammar as you work to address, at a minimum, the following items related to fire departments and local government relationships:
- At least two services by which the fire department helps local government meet its responsibilities to its citizens
- At least two ways in which the fire department depends on other local government entities
- The administrative responsibilities of the fire department that may be liabilities for the governmental entity if not properly executed
