1. Think about your campus and identify one of the issues that you read about or one of the three that we have discussed in this class that impacts your campus. For example, you may have teacher shortages on your campus, you may have funding issues, classroom overcrowding, safety issues, mental health, trust issues, or innovation challenges on your campus.
2. Consider yourself part of a campus improvement team that will develop an action plan to address the real challenge on your campus. You must devise a written plan to present to your principal to mitigate this problem on your campus.
3. Using the action plan directions below, you and your team would theoretically write an action plan using SMART goals.
4. Write the action plan as described below as if you were going to deliver it to your principal. Consider that money is not an issue. Use APA format for all writing.
