Treatment Plan

How to write up a treatment plan

IMPORTANT Please Note:

Delete this slide before submitting. These slides are a template for your project and should be used as a starting point. You will need to delete all guiding words that are provided and replace them with your words. Remember that you want simple phrases NOT full paragraphs.

You will also need to provide a professional layout with colors, pictures, etc… for your slides. The slides should NOT be only a simple white background. You can apply one of the simple options in PowerPoint or set it up in your own way.

Carefully review where Citations to scholarly sources and the BACB ethical codes are required.

You can use small, professional, pictures/memes if appropriate for your case. Just don’t go overboard 🙂

There is also a “Self-Assessment” slide at the beginning of this template. It is REQUIRED that you use that table to grade your own work prior to turning in your assignment and leave it on that slide.

Carefully review the scoring guide area documented below and indicate your self-evaluation with an X in the corresponding box Distinguished Proficient Basic Non-Performance
