Assignment:
You are working in construction company which has two sectors “ Energy ( Oils and Gas ) and Building & infrastructure.
As procurement Manager: You are ask to build an evacuation forms which should contain 30 questions as following:
10 to evaluate the engineering part of the vendor.
10 questions to evaluate the procurement: schedule: price, communication of the vendor.
10 to evaluate the quantity of the vendor.
Your questions should be considered the massive quantity of the vendors; POs and volume of orders yearly for each Category ( Bulk orders, single source order, engineering orders…. And more )
Your questions should be along with the ISO requirements, line of the business, professional procurement references ( Books, institutions or any professional study) .
Your answer should be provided in an excel sheet format, and supported with setting weights ( Percentage for each question) and shall be included a format ( formula ) with the explanation how you calculate. Your sheet should supported with a sub sheet as dashboard to make a summary for the evaluation for each department ( From Engineering point of view what is the overall percentage , from procurement what is the percentage and quality. The same should be linked with a specific formal, to calculate the overall percentage.
