Use specific examples and explain your position with insights from your reading. Make recommendations on how ERM can be used moving forward to ensure strategic, timely responses.

It is finally time to gather all of the research, insights, and feedback from the last 5 weeks’ assignments to create your company’s comprehensive, strategic ERM. For inspiration, explore these two real-world ERM examples: Johnson & Johnson and Mountain West Credit Union (Attached below).
Notice the similarities and differences between these two examples. Explore the content and the content presentation. Include creative or visual elements in your ERM assignment that are appropriate with your company’s brand and/or industry. Your assignment will be judged on the overall cohesiveness and insightfulness of the information and presentation.
Complete your company’s strategic ERM by including the following:
- An introduction section with a summary of the company
- The date range for the plan
- Strategic goals for the plan
- ERM for each goal
- The company-wide information plan & best practices
Your assignment should be a Word document with a minimum of 2000 words. Be sure to use the textbook, the research used to understand your company and at least three peer-reviewed sources along with their citations and references. Your assignment should be APA formatted, including a reference page.
