For instance, if a company decides to implement new technology, it must consider how this change will impact employees, processes, and customer interactions.

In recent years, Amazon has expanded its product lines and services, such as the introduction of Amazon Prime and the development of Amazon Web Services (AWS). These initiatives required a thorough understanding of how different parts of the organization, like supply chain logistics and customer service, work together.

For instance, the launch of AWS not only created a new revenue stream but also required changes in organizational structure, employee training, and technology integration.
