Weekly Practicum Discussion: Public Health Assessment and Theoretical Application

For this discussion, you will reflect on your practicum experience at Public Health 4 Kidz and highlight your work toward your MPH competencies. You will likely focus on how your practicum integrates public health assessments, communication strategies, and health theories to inform and drive your activities. You will specifically discuss your plan for this week, including your work in this final presentation and written reports; you will also reflect on how the practicum site might engage in the future with the Deaf and hearing communities based on your experiences with the program. In addition, update the total practicum hours completed to date and verify whether you have submitted the final evaluation to the practicum coordinator. Finally, explain how your work reflects the four CEPH competencies that will guide your development during the practicum.
