Select two that you would like to learn more about. Using the research findings discussed in the Northouse text as well as your own research, write a comparative analysis including the following:

Their professional experiences and career success, including their current roles.
What are the women’s respective leadership styles? How are their styles different from men’s in similar roles?
What are the similarities and differences between these leaders? How does the research cited in our textbook fit (or not fit) the experience of these women?
How might culture impact how we view women in leadership? How might we use Geert Hofstede’s 6 dimensions, specifically masculinity and femininity (see the videos in instructional resources) when assessing women as leaders?

DeliverableTo earn full credit, provide a Word document with a minimum of 5 full pages. In addition to the assigned reading, you should conduct your own research using the university library. Sources should be peer-reviewed (academic literature) and must not be older than five (5) years. You should find at least four (4) peer-reviewed articles in addition to any assigned readings.
