This assignment aims to provide you with real-world experience in presenting both in person and on camera. The business world is increasingly global, with many meetings conducted on platforms like MS Teams and Zoom, where presenting information or ideas is often required.
Preparation
Share what you have learned about an international business in a Video PowerPoint presentation. The goal of your presentation is to cover the following talking points:
What are the basic differences between a domestic strategy and an international strategy? Compare and contrast the domestic versus the international strategy of your selected company.
How difficult or easy do you think it is for managers to gauge the costs, benefits, and risks of a particular foreign market? What is an example of a time when managers at your selected company gauged these areas effectively?
What are the relative advantages and disadvantages of joint ventures compared to other types of strategic alliances? Does your selected company use joint ventures as an international strategy? Why or Why Not?
Presentation Requirements
Your presentation should include the following sections:

You can include graphics, diagrams, and tables.
It is a must to use the notes section of each slide to include detailed information and supporting sentences or paragraphs.
Video:
You and the information you are presenting both must be visible at all times.
Minimum length: 10 minutes.
Use a screen recorder of your choice, such as ScreenPal or Microsoft PowerPoint, to record your presentation.
Remember that you and the information you are presenting are both visible at all times.
