- Within the flowchart, provide an explanation of how you will use each phase to implement an electronic health record.
- Within the flowchart, provide at least 2 examples of activities that would take place for each phase of the system development life cycle. You may also use any other software that you would like to create your flowchart (i.e., Canva).
